Just in time for holiday gifting, Starbucks and Hello Kitty are joining forces for one of the most adorable collaborations of the season, and fans of both brands are already buzzing.

Launching November 6 across Starbucks coffeehouses in Canada and the U.S., the exclusive Starbucks | Hello Kitty collection brings together two icons of comfort and cuteness in one festive lineup of collectibles and drinkware.


The collection celebrates friendship and nostalgia, pairing Hello Kitty’s timeless charm with Starbucks’ cozy holiday spirit. Fans can expect everything from mugs and tumblers to an ultra-giftable plush of Hello Kitty herself — dressed in a Starbucks green apron and her signature red bow.

“Starbucks and Hello Kitty have strong fandoms and deep roots in culture,” said Kap Pitarys, Starbucks’ director of U.S. merchandise, in a release. “Both were born in the ’70s, and this collaboration brings that nostalgic vibe back in a joyful way.”


Sanrio’s SVP of Brand Management, Jill Koch, added that Hello Kitty’s enduring appeal lies in her positivity and universal kindness, themes that align perfectly with the warmth and togetherness of Starbucks’ holiday season.


The Starbucks | Hello Kitty line will be available at participating locations across Canada starting November 6, while supplies last. Expect it to sell out fast, this might just be the most kawaii coffee collection yet.
