Holiday season just got a little sweeter. Dairy Queen has officially unwrapped its 2025 Holiday Treat lineup, and it’s packed with the kind of nostalgic, candy-cane magic that belongs in every Central Ontario snow-day story.

This year’s menu brings a mix of brand-new creations and returning fan favourites, with three festive treats leading the charge.

First up, the Peppermint Bark Blizzard, a brand-new seasonal star that blends creamy vanilla soft-serve with crunchy peppermint bark pieces, ribbons of chocolate, and a hint of minty coolness that tastes like Christmas in a cup. It’s this year’s Blizzard of the Month for November, and honestly, it might just steal the whole season.

Next, meet the Holiday Nog Shake, a cozy newcomer that combines soft-serve, Holiday Nog syrup, and milk, topped with whipped cream and a dusting of nutmeg. It’s like sipping your favourite holiday candle (but way more delicious).

And for those who love a comeback story, the Frosted Sugar Cookie Blizzard, has returned to the menu, complete with sugar-cookie pieces, icing swirls, and festive sprinkles that make every bite feel like trimming the tree.

The full lineup is available for a limited time only at participating Dairy Queen locations across Canada, so if you spot one in your town, consider it your sign to take a peppermint-powered pit stop.

Whether you’re road-tripping to look at Christmas lights, bundling up for a winter walk downtown, or just setting the mood for your first holiday movie night of the year, these treats were made for it.
